AdsAdmin Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Service. The Service is owned and operated by Westsmith Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("We", "Us", or "Our").

2. Description of Service

   AdsAdmin is a Chrome extension that adds a read-only sidebar to Google Ads, hiding clutter and providing PPC guidance. AdsAdmin does not create, edit, or delete anything in your Google Ads account, and does not use the Google Ads API. AdsAdmin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

3. User Responsibilities

   1. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

   2. Decisions you make about your Google Ads account and spend remain entirely your own responsibility. AdsAdmin provides general guidance, not professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

   1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Westsmith Ltd.

5. Limitations of Liability

   1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

   2. In no event shall Westsmith Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, or from any decisions made regarding your Google Ads account based on guidance shown by the Service.

6. Changes to Service

   We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

7. Changes to Terms

   We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

8. Governing Law

   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
